Q-- TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ?
A-- I am from Allahabad. Am a
commerce graduate and pursuing final year of company secretaries. I was
preparing for bank po exams from past one year and allahabad po exam was my
first exam. So far i have cleared three written including ibps , and have
attended three interviews including Corporation Bank. I have scored twss 180
general category in ibps po and now finally selected in Corporation Bank
Assistant Manager ( probationary officer ).
Q-- TELL US THE BOOKS ,MAGAZINES
AND WEBSITES WHICH HAVE CONTRIBUTED IN YOUR SUCCESS ?
A-- Inspite of using books i
find websites and blogs more suitable for current affairs and computer part
like jagranjosh.com.... For other sections mahendra speed tests are very good
in terms of variety questions and moreover am able to get an idea how to manage
time in exams . I believe that time management is of utmost importance in
banking exams .
Q-- WHAT IS YOUR ADVICE TO
STUDENTS PREPARING FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS ?
A-- I would say that in banking
exams the student must know how to do maximum questions in stipulated time with
minimum guess work . And every student must remember that " SUCCESS IS
NEVER FINAL, FAILURE IS NEVER FATAL , IT IS THE COURAGE WHICH COUNTS ".
So never give up just keep
trying success will be yours.
Q-- WHAT WAS THE MEDIUM OF YOUR INTERVIEW ? DOES MEDIUM MAKES ANY DIFFERENCE ?
A-- My interview was mix of
hindi and english . I have responded in the language which interviwers were
using . I dont think that language makes any difference the important thing is
how effectively and efficiently you present yourself in front of interviewer .
Q-- WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT www.bankexams.org, www.onlinegk.org and Bank Exams Preparation Group, ARE THEY USEFUL IN PREPARATION OF BANK EXAMS ?
A-- Yes the websites and group are very useful , as i have read current affairs part from this
website and group is also very nice in
terms of large network of bank po aspirants.
