After the declaration of IBPS
Clerk Result 2012 now successful candidates want to know about the IBPS CWE Clerk Cutoff Marks for
Interview. Various websites are making different claims about the IBPS Clerk Interview Cut Off but fact
of the matter remains that there is no official declaration about the cut off
by any bank so far.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
We have earlier analyzed that
this year clerical vacancies are going to be in the range of 30000 – 35000
thousands and the same has been told by one senior IBPS Official during his
interview.
Successful candidates are now
receiving their score card and www.bankexams.org has made a survey, in
which we have found that there is a wide range of scores of the successful
candidates. Now as you all know that more than 5.00 lacs students have
succeeded in this exam and less than 10% of the total passed candidates are
expected to get final selection. As far as Interview call is concerned normally
ratio of interview remains 1:3 in bank exams interviews hence about 25-30%
students are likely to get interviews calls. This percentage may further
increase depending upon the number of vacancies and time gap between
declaration of vacancies as those who will get final selection may not apply in
other vacancies. In such a scenario cut off will surely decrease.
So at this moment it is
difficult to make any assessment about the cut off of the IBPS Clerk Interview
however it would be safe to say that any score above 160 would be a safe score
for interview call (for reserve categories it would be lesser), at the same
time even this cut off is going to get down with the declaration of vacancies
and with the final selection of the students having very high scores in the first
few banks.
