As you all know this year IBPS has changed the time duration of exam from 2.50 hours to 2 hours. However, the pattern of exam remains the same which consists of 5 sections viz. Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language/Hindi Language, Computers and General Awareness.

The questions asked in this section were based on computer basics, internet, text formatting of paragraphs, Computer shortcuts as well as about file transfer, web search, E-mail, Input-Output Devices, Application Software, Memory, Software, Hard ware, Networking, DBMS and software application .Overall this section was easiest among all the sections.


The questions asked were mainly from last 6 months current affairs as well as some of the questions are based on static General knowledge such as CM of Jharkhand, Currency of Thailand, Blue revolution etc.

Based on this analysis expected category wise cut off will be:
100-105: General Candidates
95-98: OBC candidates
82-85: SC candidates
62-65: ST candidates
